I have been using my Realme 12 Ultra Pro smartphone for about three months, and after installing the most recent software update, the device started showing a serious overheating issue. The phone gets extremely hot even during normal daily use such as browsing or messaging. This overheating also causes the battery to drain unusually fast, making the phone unreliable throughout the day.
I had never experienced this problem before the update, so I am confident it is related to the new software. My device is still under warranty, and I purchased it from Teknosa. However, I have not yet contacted customer service or technical support about this matter.
Since the problem started only after the official update, I believe it is a software-related error rather than a hardware defect. For this reason, I am requesting Realme to urgently address the issue with a corrective update or provide a technical solution that prevents further overheating and battery drain. Customers should not have to suffer such problems due to a faulty update.
