I’ve been experiencing serious network issues with my Realme 12 Lite, even in locations where I previously had strong and stable signal using other phones. Initially, I assumed the issue might be related to my mobile operator, but after thorough testing in central areas — where reception is typically excellent — I confirmed that other devices using the same carrier work perfectly fine in the exact same spots.

I contacted my operator and had all network settings checked and updated, but the signal problem still persists exclusively with my Realme 12 Lite. This strongly suggests that the problem lies with the phone’s hardware or software, not the network provider.

It’s extremely frustrating to face dropped calls and poor connectivity on a newly released phone, especially when there’s no issue with the SIM card or coverage in the area.

I request that Realme urgently investigate this issue, provide a software fix if necessary, or offer a replacement if this is a hardware fault. A smartphone should be able to maintain basic signal strength — this is a core function, and Realme must stand behind its product.

Unfortunately, the process ended with sharing information about the possibility of such an issue, rather than solving the problem. In summary, the device generally has a network problem.
