I have been using my Realme 12 smartphone for about a month, and throughout this period I have faced a persistent and frustrating mobile data connection problem. When I connect to the internet using mobile data only, the connection keeps dropping. The only way to restore it is to restart the phone, but even then, the issue reappears about an hour later.
My device is still under warranty since it was purchased less than a year ago. However, I have not yet sent it for service because I don’t have another phone to use in the meantime. To troubleshoot, I tried multiple methods including resetting network settings, restarting the phone, and reinserting the SIM card, but none of these fixed the issue.
I use Türk Telekom as my carrier, and there are no issues with my billing or network plan. This confirms that the problem lies with the phone itself rather than the operator. So far, I have not contacted Realme customer service or Türk Telekom about this matter.
I request Realme to provide a permanent solution for the mobile data connection problem. Whether it requires a software update, repair, technical service intervention, or even a full device replacement, I expect the issue to be resolved quickly so that I can use my phone reliably without constant interruptions.
