I have been using my Realme 11 device for about 5–6 months. The phone originally belonged to my aunt and was likely purchased from Vodafone. From the very beginning, I’ve been experiencing a serious gyroscope delay problem, especially noticeable in competitive games like PUBG Mobile and Standoff 2. This delay makes aiming and reaction times much slower, which heavily affects gameplay performance.
Despite trying my own troubleshooting methods, I could not find any solution. I have not yet contacted customer service or a technical service center. I suspect the issue is not limited to just the mentioned games but could affect all games that rely on the gyroscope feature.
The device is still under warranty, and I currently use it in Silifke, Mersin. Since this gyroscope lag started from day one, I believe it is most likely related to software optimization rather than hardware failure.
I request Realme to provide a software update that fixes the gyroscope delay and improves responsiveness. Competitive gaming requires precise motion controls, and this issue makes the feature unusable. I expect prompt support and a clear resolution from Realme.
