Realme c55 8gb 256 GB Smart Phone Gaming Features Problematic

I bought a Realme c55 8gb 256 GB phone from Denizli Teknosa on 18/08/2023. I installed PUBG Mobile on August 22, 2023, after my friend told me to. I turned on the game and gyroscope, there was a delay in the gyroscope. So I did research on Youtube.com and Google. I learned that it is something that can be fixed. On August 23, 2023, I called Realme headquarters and explained my problem. The employees told me that I should keep pressing the kernel version and a screen would appear. But this screen does not appear. I say this by entering the coding part of the phone, but the technician still stubbornly continues to say the same thing. They suggest me to send it to the authorized dealer, but if I send the phone, I will be without the phone for a long time. I have used Realme before and everything was great, my problems were resolved quickly. But there is a problem with this technician, he does not help at all.
