Rayban Sunglasses Separated From Stems Within A Week

I bought new season Rayban sunglasses in the 2nd week of May. Within 1 week, the stem part of the glasses was separated. I went to the Terracity store, it could not be repaired, it was said to be sent for warranty. I went to 5m migros Boyner store and explained the situation and it was sent for warranty. It came back to me in the same way, without a note written inside the warranty, without repair. Now I'm asking you, how is it that a Rayban quality eyeglass has the stems falling apart within a week? It is said to me that it just caught the eye. Could it be such nonsense? I don't have glasses, I won't wear them, no one else will not wear them etc etc. What a poor quality. Am I going to pay that much money and be meticulous about glasses? There was no such thing. Within a week, it became like this just by wearing it on my eyes. It is also said to me that if you leave it in the car, it will leave in the heat. So these explanations seem ridiculous to me. Why should I leave glasses in the car, even if they are left, is rayban such a poor quality brand? I sent it back to warranty on August 20. This time, I want a replacement for the glasses or a refund of the current market value. I couldn't use the glasses I bought in May anyway, in the heat of Antalya, August is over. I was a victim of spending the whole summer without glasses. I want you to know that this issue is resolved now, and if it still won't be resolved, I will seek my rights elsewhere. The glasses I sent are unusable. If there is a friend who can use it, I will give it to him as a gift, I wonder how he will use it? Please solve my problem.
