Bad Quality Ray Ban Glasses

Hi, I bought Rayban sunglasses from Australia a couple of years ago and as I do not like wearing sunglasses much have not used them a lot. They have always been cleaned and stored in their case after use. As I fly airplanes I needed sunglasses that were not polarized hence I purchased a second pair of Rayban sunglasses and started using them while I was flying so not really using my polarized model. Today I took the glasses out of the case to see the frames sticky, I was very upset to come across this issue, I am aware it has been some time since I purchased the sunglasses but despite it not being used much and seeing this kind of damage on it is very upsetting. Being a loyal customer I have purchased Rayban for my wife and kids but after this bad experience it makes it difficult to purchase from Rayban or Luxottica group again showing the quality of the product is poor.
