Toyota Returned My City AGE Car Without Maintenance and It Broke Down Again

On January 23, while driving my brand-new City AGE car on the road to Denizli, I had a minor accident at night. I live in Fethiye, but I was told my car needed to be taken to Toyota because it was nearby. My car was towed to Denizli Toyota Plaza Yarımca. After discussions with the service team, I was told that the car would be returned to me on February 14. My insurance company provided me with a rental car. Later, I was informed that the part needed for my car would come from abroad, and the delivery date was postponed to February 18, even though all companies should have spare parts available for the vehicles they sell. Since the part was coming from abroad, my insurance company took back the rental car because they do not cover rental costs while waiting for international parts. For about a month, I have been paying for the rental car myself. To make matters worse, the delivery date for my car was postponed again to February 28. When I finally got my car on February 28, it broke down on the road and did not go over 50 kilometers per hour after only 90 kilometers of driving. The reason was that my car needed maintenance. The Toyota service center handed over the car without even asking me if I wanted the maintenance done, letting me drive away as if they just wanted to get rid of me. My car broke down in the cold and snow, and I had to call a tow truck again. Now my car is at Fethiye Toyota, and I do not even know what other damage it might have. How can a service center see the service light on a vehicle, hand it over, and allow it to go on the road? It has been over a month, I am still paying rental fees, and I still do not have my car. We went through all this trouble for a minor accident. The attached video shows what happened just 90 kilometers after my car was returned to me.

As if it wasn't enough that I received my car with a dent on the front right door from Denizli Yarımca Toyota service, we were stranded on the road to Fethiye because my car gave a motor failure. The car was towed to Fethiye Bakırcılar Toyota, where I had purchased it brand new 6 months ago. After the necessary maintenance and repairs were done, the vehicle was delivered to me yesterday, but today we were stranded again in Fethiye due to a motor failure. Now I am waiting for a tow truck again to take my car to Fethiye Bakırcılar. I am incredibly aggrieved and angry with this never-ending service period. If necessary, I will complain to Japan, I will not let this go, and I will make them pay for my grievance to the fullest extent.
