Following an Accident, Ford Service Is Unhelpful

Hello, following a traffic accident on October 23, 2023, my car was promptly left at the Ilıcak Ford Service in Malatya for repairs on the same day. Throughout this period, I consistently communicated with the service to get updates on my car's condition. On November 24, 2023, I was informed that the repairs were completed, but the malfunction light was on, and they were investigating the cause. On November 30, 2023, the service called again, stating that during a test drive, my car had another accident, resulting in damage to the right front door and both right tires, triggered by the deployment of the right-side airbag. They assured me that I wouldn't be left as the victim in this situation. On December 1, 2023, I went to the service center, expressing my refusal to take back the damaged car and requesting either a replacement of equal value or a buyback at its current value. Today, I received another call from the service, informing me that my car's repairs will be completed, and I should resort to the Arbitration Board for other rights. I request the necessary actions to remedy my distress.
