Radisson Istanbul Merter Stolen Cash and Room Safe Security Issue

I stayed at Radisson İstanbul Merter in room 0617 under the name S*** N*** between 9 and 12 August, and during this stay 200 euros in cash went missing from my backpack in the hotel room. During these days, the money disappeared from my room while I was either at breakfast (approximately 08:00–09:30) or asleep in the room. I did not leave the hotel premises during that period. Today I reported this situation in writing to the hotel, but I have not received any response yet. During one of the days of my stay, I personally saw the housekeeper in the neighboring room rummaging through the guest’s personal belongings. I do not know whether anything was stolen from that guest, but I was later informed that the guest from that room complained to the front desk about the same cleaner, so I kindly ask you to check your complaint logs. In addition, I found my room safe, which I had previously closed and in which I kept no valuables, deliberately left open, which shows that someone was searching for valuables in the room. However, I have since discovered that my case is not isolated. I found multiple online reviews from other guests reporting similar thefts from rooms at the hotel, including from safes. This clearly indicates a systemic security failure and raises serious questions about the integrity of hotel staff and the effectiveness of security procedures. In light of these facts, I request a full refund of the 200 euros that were stolen from my room and a thorough security review and internal investigation regarding the cleaner and access to guest rooms, so that such an incident does not happen again to any guest.
