Hilton Garden Inn Yalova Refuses Refund

I am writing this to make everyone aware of my terrible experience with Hilton Garden Inn Yalova. I initially booked a three-night stay for the holiday, paid ₺11,000 in advance, and spoke with C****** Bey**, who was introduced as an authorized representative. He assured me that I would receive assistance if needed.

However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was not satisfied with the conditions and decided to cancel and leave immediately. I informed the hotel staff, and they told me they would handle my request after the holiday due to the high number of guests.

Today, I was finally told that my reservation was canceled, but they refused to issue a refund or even allow me to reschedule for another date. I did not stay at the hotel, open my luggage, or use a single service—I was there for only five minutes, yet they kept my full payment!

This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the service I never received. Hilton Garden Inn Yalova, this is unethical, and I will make sure others know about it!
