I Paid Extra at Sheraton Ataköy and Still Haven’t Received My Refund

We stayed at the Sheraton Istanbul Ataköy Hotel for 2 nights starting January 17. Upon check-out, we were suddenly asked... to pay an extra ₺8,000, even though this charge was never mentioned anywhere during booking or check-in. We were assured this amount would be refunded immediately after check-out.
