On 11 May, I received a notification that my affiliate account was permanently suspended due to alleged violations related to IP address overlap and referral structures. Since receiving this notification, I have not received any response from support or the compliance team to clarify the situation. Regarding the IP address overlap, I would like to explain that I often work from a co‑working space and public Wi‑Fi, where multiple traders may be active on the same network. This can naturally lead to overlaps in IP addresses without any intention of breaching the rules. I have never deliberately tried to misuse IPs or create artificial activity. In terms of referral authenticity, I maintain that I have not intentionally registered personal, family or fake accounts to manipulate FTD (First Time Deposit) requirements. For example, the email address “lotuswhi***@gmail.com” that you mentioned is not related to my friends or even distant family, and you can verify this through your own checks. In addition, one of my clients, named Pramila D***, had been breaching rules without my knowledge by creating and deleting multiple profiles. I found this out later, and I have already blocked this client’s account on my side. You may also restrict or block that profile completely to prevent any potential fraudulent activity connected to it. My goal has always been to build a genuine network of active and legitimate traders and to develop a long‑term, compliant partnership with your platform. I respect the strict standards of your Affiliate Agreement and am fully committed to adhering to all rules and policies going forward. In light of the above, I kindly request that you conduct a manual review of my case and provide concrete proof, logs or specific explanations that show exactly how Rule 3.13 was allegedly violated by my activity or by the affected trader accounts. I also ask you to reconsider the permanent suspension decision once you have reviewed the clarified context I have shared. Thank you for your time and for re‑examining my situation.
