Quotex Affiliate Account Suspension
I have been using the Quotex affiliate program through the website quotex-partner.com from India. On 31 December, my affiliate account was suddenly and permanently suspended, and it has been inaccessible since that date. The suspension happened exactly when I attempted to withdraw my earned affiliate income. Quotex informed me that my account was cancelled for “excessive abuse” of the affiliate program rules, and they cited several alleged violations such as using the same IP and device as people who joined through my link, registering my own personal account under my link, allowing family and friends to register under my link, accessing the accounts of traders registered with my link, and creating fake accounts with minimum deposits to reach 10 FTD as per rule 3.13 of the affiliate agreement. I clearly state that I have not committed any of these activities, and I consider the decision to suspend my account and block my earnings to be unfair and unjustified. Due to this suspension, Quotex is withholding my affiliate commissions of 828 USD from the account linked to the email address 28komal***@gmail.com and 1,128 USD from the account linked to the email address rahuuls***@gmail.com. In total, a substantial amount of my legitimately earned commissions remains unpaid. I have contacted Quotex support and my affiliate contact multiple times via Telegram and email, clearly explaining my situation and providing details, but I only receive standard, auto-generated responses repeating the same justification, without any sign that my specific case or evidence has been reviewed. I request that Quotex urgently reviews my accounts again, checks the real activity and traffic sources, and pays out all my pending affiliate commissions of 828 USD and 1,128 USD that I have earned legitimately, or provides a detailed, evidence-based explanation for the accusations instead of generic automated replies.
