I am an affiliate user of Quotex from Malaysia, and my affiliate account, linked to the email address sabirkhan****[email protected], was permanently suspended about three hours ago. The notification I received stated that my account was cancelled due to alleged fraud activity towards the affiliate program rules, mentioning issues such as the same IP address and device usage, registering personal or family accounts under my own link, accessing traders’ accounts, and depositing or withdrawing on behalf of traders. I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding, and I respectfully request a detailed review of my case. I have funds in my affiliate account, and this sudden permanent suspension without any concrete explanation or evidence is very concerning for me. I tried to contact Quotex through the same Telegram account I usually use for communication, but I have not received any response so far. I would like my affiliate account to be restored and my access to my funds to be reinstated, or at least to receive a clear, detailed explanation and proof of which exact actions were considered a “heavy breach” of rules 3.13.1 and 3.13.5 or any other relevant rules. I kindly ask Quotex to urgently review my account, reconsider the permanent suspension decision, and allow me to continue working as an affiliate, or to provide a fair resolution regarding my balance if the account cannot be restored. I am ready to cooperate, clarify any activity on my account, and comply fully with all affiliate, service, and payment policy rules.
