Quotex Affiliate Account Suspended and $300 Balance Withheld

I have been working with the Quotex affiliate program and had accumulated an affiliate balance of around $300 in my account registered with the email address awaisbhattiveer****@gmail.com. This would have been my first payout from the platform.

About a year ago, my affiliate account was suddenly suspended on the grounds that fake or multiple accounts had been created from the same IP address. I had created several accounts using my own Wi-Fi network, and at that time I genuinely did not know that this could be treated as a violation of Quotex’s rules or that it could lead to a permanent suspension of my affiliate account and the loss of my balance.

After the suspension, I contacted Quotex through their official Telegram account, shared my email address, and tried to explain the situation. I was only told that my affiliate account had been permanently suspended. When I attempted to continue the conversation and ask for more information or assistance, they blocked me on Telegram and did not provide any further explanation or any opportunity to resolve the matter. I also tried contacting Quotex by email, but I have not received any response there either.

I respectfully request that Quotex reconsider this decision, conduct a fair review of my case, and release my remaining affiliate balance of approximately $300, which I earned through my activity before the suspension. I would also like to continue working with the Quotex affiliate program, so I kindly request that my affiliate account be reactivated if possible. In addition, I ask for a clear explanation of the specific rule I allegedly violated and why it resulted in a permanent suspension and loss of my funds, especially since I was not aware that creating multiple accounts on the same IP address could lead to such a severe penalty.
