PhonePe Payment Completed but Quotex Account Not Updated

I made a deposit of $100 to my Quotex trading account on March 1, 2026, via UPI using PhonePe. The payment was successfully completed and reached your payment provider, but the funds have still not been credited to my trading account. My trader ID is 70436785, and the transaction ID is 112400914.

After noticing that the money was not reflected in my account, I contacted your support team and provided all necessary proof, including my bank statement and a bank confirmation letter with an official stamp. Despite submitting these documents, the support team has not provided any clear answer or solution, nor have they taken effective action with the payment provider.

I am very disappointed by the delay and the lack of resolution. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, I have been left waiting without a proper response. I request that this matter be resolved urgently by either crediting the $100 to my Quotex trading account without further delay or refunding the full amount to my PhonePe account—whichever can be completed faster. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and confirmation once the issue has been fully resolved.
