I am writing to report a serious problem I am experiencing with a pending withdrawal on my Quotex account. On 03/03/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 100 USD via MTN Mobile Money in Cameroon, using the same mobile money number and method I previously used successfully for deposits and past withdrawals. Despite this, the withdrawal has been pending for more than two business days and the funds have still not reached my mobile money account. I contacted Quotex support about this issue but did not receive any response, which has increased my concern and reduced my trust in the platform. Since this is a relatively small amount and I have already used this payment method successfully before, I do not understand why this withdrawal is delayed for so long without any explanation or update. I kindly request that my 100 USD withdrawal be processed to my MTN Mobile Money account as soon as possible, and that I receive clear information about the reason for this delay. I also expect an improvement in communication from Quotex support so that such issues can be resolved more transparently in the future.
