Even though the amount was debited from my side, it has still not been credited to my Quotex account, and it has now been 14 days without any resolution. I contacted support regarding this issue, and I was only told that the transaction is “processing” for the last 11 days, with no clear explanation, time frame, or solution. I was not given any transaction ID or detailed update, and my money remains stuck. I request that my ₹2500 deposit either be credited to my Quotex account immediately or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
