I am writing regarding a failed deposit to my Quotex account that has still not been credited despite the amount being deducted from my payment provider. On 16/01/2026 at around 18:13 Pakistan time, I deposited 10 dollars from my JazzCash wallet to my Quotex account with ID 77769125. The transaction first appeared as pending and then changed to failed on Quotex, but the 10 dollars were deducted from my JazzCash wallet and have not been returned or credited. I contacted support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my balance has still not been corrected. I am requesting that the 10 dollars be manually and promptly deposited into my Quotex account linked to ID 77769125, or that the transaction be fully investigated and resolved as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to review this failed transaction urgently and ensure that my missing funds are correctly credited to my Quotex account.
