Quotex Account Blocked - Balance Disappeared
I have been using my Quotex trading account for a long time and have always deposited through Binance without any problems. However, on 27 February my account was suddenly blocked and my entire balance of 158 USD disappeared. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation, or justification for this action. This 158 USD is all I currently have, and I am already in debt of 500 USD, so losing this money has put me in a very difficult situation. After noticing that my account was blocked and my balance was gone, I immediately contacted Quotex support and requested help, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my Quotex account be reactivated and my 158 USD balance be fully restored to my account immediately. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked without notice and why my funds were effectively taken from me. I want this issue resolved urgently, and my access to both my account and my funds to be restored without any further delay.
I request Quotex to please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have been waiting for the last two days just for your response, but I still have not received any reply despite contacting the company through every possible way.
