My Okex Account Locked for Trading


My Okex account has been locked for trading for almost 10 days. I have been writing to customer service, and they keep telling me to use code 20217 to request assistance. While they acknowledge my messages and say they will look into it, my account still has not been reactivated for trading.
I am seeking support from all relevant departments. Okex is not returning my funds, and I urgently need this issue resolved. Thank you.
