Pusulabet Added Unexpected Deposit Requirements After Taking My Money

On June 7, 2026, at 04:12, I deposited ₺1,600 into my Pusulabet account via bank transfer under the name S**** Ö*******. The deposit method page clearly stated that the minimum deposit amount was ₺1,000, so my ₺1,600 transfer exceeded the stated minimum requirement.

Despite this, the ₺1,600 I deposited was never credited to my gaming balance. Instead of processing the deposit, I was later informed that in order for the amount to become valid, I would need to increase my balance to a total of ₺5,000. I was also told that if I failed to do so within 48 hours, my rights regarding the transaction would expire.

As a result, my deposited funds were neither credited to my account nor refunded to me. Furthermore, I was presented with an unexpected requirement to deposit additional money in order to access funds that had already been transferred. This situation occurred directly through the official Pusulabet website.

I contacted live support three separate times to explain the issue and seek assistance. Unfortunately, each time I received the same response repeating the ₺5,000 completion requirement, and no effort was made to actually resolve the problem or return my funds.

I request that the ₺1,600 I deposited be either credited to my gaming balance in full or refunded to me immediately without any conditions, additional deposit requirements, or restrictions.

I also request a clear explanation regarding why a deposit that exceeded the stated minimum amount was not accepted and why additional conditions were imposed after the transfer had already been completed.

I expect my financial loss and inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible. Additionally, based on my experience, I believe other users should be made aware of these issues and carefully review similar complaints before depositing money on the platform.
