I Deposited ₺1000 to Betpark But Never Received It in My Account

I deposited ₺1000 into my Betpark account, expecting it to be credited immediately as promised. The platform clearly displays that the minimum investment amount is just ₺1, so my deposit should not have triggered any issues. However, despite the transaction being completed on my end, the money never showed up in my Betpark balance.

When I reached out to support, I was told that I needed to deposit ₺5000 for the funds to reflect in my account. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a blatant tactic to push users into investing more money. Nowhere during the deposit process was this condition stated.

I have contacted all necessary authorities regarding this issue and am demanding a full refund of my ₺1000 immediately. If Betpark cannot honor a simple deposit correctly, how can anyone trust them with larger transactions or withdrawals? I want this resolved promptly and transparently.
