Purisaki Won't Help Me Clear My Order Through Customs
In May 2026, I ordered a Purisaki weight loss band directly from the Purisaki website and paid approximately $87 for my order. After it was shipped, the package was held by customs, and I received an official notice stating that I would need to provide a prescription, an invoice, and complete customs-related payment procedures before the package could be released. The notice also gave me about seven days to complete these requirements, but that period coincided with a public holiday.
Customs is requesting a prescription, an invoice, and clear documentation regarding the customs payment process. Unfortunately, I have been unable to navigate these requirements on my own. I still do not know which documents I need to obtain, how to obtain them, or how much customs duty I am expected to pay. As a result, my order has still not been delivered.
I request that Purisaki actively assist me with the customs process in Turkey by providing the required invoice and supporting documentation, clarifying the customs requirements, and helping ensure that my order is delivered successfully. If the company is unable to resolve this issue, I request a full refund of the approximately $87 I paid so that I am not left with both an undelivered product and a financial loss.
