Purisaki Refused to Refund My Customs-Rejected Order
I ordered a weight loss band from Purisaki. On May 12, 2026, I paid $59 for the product and $5 for shipping, for a total of $64. My order number is BEW-20260512-5249.
At no point during the purchase process was I informed that the product would be subject to customs restrictions or that additional documentation would be required for it to enter my country. The package arrived at customs on June 2, where Turkish customs classified the weight loss band as a medication and required a valid prescription before it could be released. Because no prescription was available, the shipment was returned on June 12, and I never received the product.
I believe Purisaki is fully responsible for this situation because the company failed to clearly disclose before the sale that this product could be treated as a regulated item requiring a prescription. Before selling products internationally, the company should ensure that it understands and communicates the applicable import requirements and restrictions for the destination country.
Since I never received the product and the customs issue resulted from inadequate pre-sale disclosure, I request an immediate full refund of the $64 I paid. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will pursue the matter through the appropriate authorities.
