Purisaki Never Delivered My Order and Charged Me Again
I ordered a Purisaki belly slimming band after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. On April 16, 2026, my Akbank credit card was charged twice—$54 and $20. However, I never received the product. When I tracked the shipment, I discovered that it had been held by customs and was later returned. After contacting the customs company, I was told that the item was considered an ineligible product and was not allowed into the country. My tracking number is LX0511*45NL**.
Even though I never received the product, I still paid for it. To make matters worse, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I noticed that Purisaki charged my card another $54 on June 10, 2026, without my knowledge or authorization.
I am requesting a full refund of $73 for the undelivered order, as well as the unauthorized $54 charge that was later billed to my credit card. In other words, I expect a refund of all amounts charged by Purisaki. Due to this unauthorized transaction, I contacted Akbank today and canceled my credit card for security reasons.
Since I never received the product, the shipment was returned by customs, and my card was charged again without my permission, I ask Purisaki to resolve this matter immediately by refunding every unauthorized and undelivered charge in full.
