Purisaki Berberine Patches – Unauthorized Auto-Shipment & Charge
About three months ago, I placed an order from Purisaki for a 30‑day program of Berberine weight loss patches, which included 30 patches per package. That original order, for which I paid approximately $105 plus shipping and taxes, was a one‑time purchase only and I did not agree to any kind of subscription or automatic shipment. On 7/2/2026, I unexpectedly received two additional packages of 30 patches each that I did not order or authorize. The next day, on 7/3/2026, $75 was withdrawn from my bank account without my permission in connection with these packages. I did not request, approve, or consent to any automatic shipments or recurring payments, and at no point did I state that I wanted ongoing billing. I am very upset that products are being sent to me automatically and money is being taken from my bank account without my clear and explicit authorization. I consider this practice to be unacceptable and bordering on fraudulent. I placed and received this order in Lakewood, Colorado, USA, and I expect full respect for my consumer rights. I request an immediate refund of the $75 that was withdrawn without my consent, the cancellation of any subscription or automatic shipment associated with my name, and the permanent deletion of my payment and account information from your systems. I also ask for written confirmation that my information has been deleted and that no further charges or shipments will be made to me. If this is not resolved promptly, I will contact my bank and file a formal claim regarding these unauthorized charges.
