I just bought some Puma kicks from Temel Giyim Stores on March 9, 2023. After only wearing them a little bit for two months, the bottom of my right shoe totally fell apart, especially the heel part. Also, the sponges on both sides of the shoes by the tendon area got all worn out and moved around. Also, the threads on the outside of both shoes started coming apart. I sent those almost new shoes in for warranty and they tried to say it was my fault.. no words to describe how I felt here... living in an earthquake-prone area really sucks already, this whole thing has got me feeling super down. I just wanted to let you know that I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm sharing my story here to spread the word about what happened. Man, I've been rockin' Puma kicks for years, but this is the first time I've had an issue. If Puma can hook me up with a replacement, I'm down to drop my complaint from the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
