like a month and a half back, we got these cool Puma shoes for my wife. They were super nice and gave her a lot of confidence. The salespeople were all hyping up the product and even said there was a guarantee if anything went wrong. But even though we got the real deal, they still acted like something was wrong with them. They sent them off for inspection twice and never bothered to explain anything to us. It was a total bummer and we feel like we got ripped off. Definitely not gonna shop there again. Wow, I've never seen a system like this before. The whole point of hiring a tradesman is for them to do their job and make sure the customer is satisfied. We bought these shoes from x company for 200 TL and they're way better quality than the ones we spent 1600 TL on. It's not normal for them to fall apart so quickly. Even if there are issues with market products, the company should stand behind what they sell. But they don't seem to care and just told us to go to consumer rights. Is that really fair?
