I also have proof that I did not make any misuse or mistake on the platform. Despite this, my account was closed directly, which has caused me serious inconvenience. I have already tried to contact Sugo customer support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly of the reason if there is any specific allegation against my account.
