I am writing to respectfully appeal the device ban placed on my Litmatch account with the username “qydo🚩”, which I use on my iPhone. The ban was applied this month, and since then I have not been able to access my account or the platform. Just before the ban, I was sharing a story and chatting with a friend on Litmatch. During that conversation, I accidentally used inappropriate words toward my friend. I now understand that this behavior may have violated Litmatch’s community guidelines. I sincerely apologize for my mistake and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Litmatch is very meaningful to me because it allows me to connect and communicate with many friends. I truly value this platform and do not want to lose access to it. I kindly request that my case be reviewed once more and that you consider lifting the device ban on my account. I assure you that, if given another chance, I will strictly follow all of Litmatch’s rules and community guidelines, choose my words more carefully, and always communicate respectfully.
