Puma Customer Service, I just wanted to share how annoyed I am with your warranty service. as someone who's bought a ton of stuff from Puma stores and their website, I always thought they were a solid company that would have my back if anything went wrong with their products. naturally, went ahead and bought their Fuse shoes and they just didn't live up to my expectations. I was so stoked to get them and couldn't wait to start wearing them. But, unfortunately, the shoes got messed up pretty quickly and it made them not work as well. it's cool that Puma admitted the problem and said they'd fix it, but the solution wasn't that great... Puma just offered a refund for the product, that's it. But I was kinda hoping to get the same shoes, ya know? I paid like 1200 TL for 'em before, and now they're going for a crazy 2600 TL. as a loyal customer I'm asking, can you please reconsider your decision? I really wanna keep my relationship with Puma going strong, and I think if they hook me up with a replacement, it'll show they care about making their customers happy. Hey, I know policies can be different, but can you make an exception for me? I already tried to deal with this over the phone, but it's still not fixed. Hey there!
