My Under Armour Shoes Ripped Prematurely and Amazon Denied Exchange

On March 20, I purchased a pair of Under Armour shoes from Amazon. Even though I only used them for regular daily wear and never subjected them to unusual conditions, a tear appeared on the outer right side of the shoe after about four months. When I first received the product and during the initial months of use, there were no visible issues.
I reported this problem to Amazon customer service. However, I was told that since more than one month had passed since the delivery date, neither a refund nor an exchange could be processed. This response was extremely disappointing — the shoes became defective in a very short time, yet I received no support.
I paid around ₺1,400 for these shoes, which is not a small amount, and it’s frustrating that a product from a reputable brand like Under Armour deteriorated so quickly. I was also not given any clear information about the warranty or coverage terms.
I’m requesting either a replacement of the defective product or a full refund. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved and for my grievance to be addressed appropriately.
