We Were Banned From PUBG Mobile For 10 Years Without Any Reason
Hello, my account with ID number 52****3407 in the PUBG mobile (player unknown's battlegrounds mobile) game dated January 08, 2023 was blocked for 10 years without any evidence. User agreement violation was shown as the reason for blocking. Although there was no violation or cheating, the account was not banned just by chance. Support customer services and Gmail repeatedly. We explained our problem through, that we do not accept this in any way and we wanted it not to be examined meticulously. We were answered with rote automatic messages without any account review. We demand that our account, into which we deposited more than 100,000 thousand liras, be opened as soon as possible, otherwise the consumer courts will be addressed in the future. Since November 26th, the PUBG Mobile team, which has not responded at all, does not value its players in any way. We are still fighting for the reopening of the account that was unfairly banned. There is neither any control nor any response being provided.
Unfortunately, PUBG mobile officials do not take users seriously. We still haven't received a response, and we will not give up on the case we believe we are right about. We are not talking about a piece of paper we had made, but billions of money.
