I Lost My PUBG Mobile Account After 7 Years Due to Weak Security

I have been actively playing PUBG Mobile since its launch, using the same account without issues for seven years. On May 16, 2025, after playing until early morning, I tried to log in again that evening and was redirected to the login screen. When I selected my linked email, I was taken to a new account. Unknown individuals somehow removed the links tied to my account and stole it. After research, I learned hackers used a “form submission” scam approved by PUBG Mobile’s weak security system. Despite spending over ₺100,000 and having countless memories on my account, PUBG Mobile’s support ignored my pleas. I provided all requested proof, including purchase receipts and Play Store history back to 2018, yet no help was given. Thousands face this issue with no response. This is a disgrace to loyal players and an utter betrayal of our trust and investment.
