PUBG Mobile Banned My Account for 10 Years Without Proof

While playing a match in PUBG Mobile with my cousin, my account was suddenly banned for 10 years. I’ve never used cheats, configs, or anything against the rules. I submitted a support ticket, asking for proof of why my account was banned. After waiting two days, I received a vague response: “Your request has been rejected,” with no explanation or evidence provided.
I was then told to contact customer service, but it’s impossible to reach anyone. This is unacceptable, especially after spending over ₺10,000 on this game. PUBG, I demand a proper investigation into my account and a detailed explanation of the ban. I need my account reinstated immediately. A response from someone in authority is urgently required!
