PUBG Mobile 10-Year Ban On Account After Friend Used It

On February 8, 2025 at 8:18 PM, my PUBG Mobile account — which I used on a Redmi Note 14 C — was banned for 10 years. I had temporarily given the account to a friend so they could farm rank, but I do not know what they did. The PUBG team did not provide any explanation for such a long ban and I have not been given any reason.

I spent about ₺10,000–₺20,000 on the account, and those purchases were made with my credit card through Google Play. Although I have tried to contact customer service, I have not received any response. My account user ID is 5149*****54.

I request that the PUBG Mobile team remedy this grievance and reopen my account. If reopening is not possible, I demand a refund of the money I spent. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and take the matter to court if necessary.
