Clear Cache and Data:
Go to Settings.
Find the "Apps" or "Applications" section.
Locate PUBG Mobile.
Tap on "Storage" and then "Clear Cache."
If the issue persists, try "Clear Data." Do not forget to make a copy of your account first, because this will erase all of your game progress.

If the problem still persists;
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap on your profile picture.
Go to "My apps & games."
Find PUBG Mobile and tap on the three dots.
Select "Manage app" and then "Uninstall."
Reinstall PUBG Mobile from the Play Store.
