PUBG Mobile UC I Bought For ₺250 With Bank Card Was Not Delivered To My Account

Today, I purchased UC in PUBG Mobile using my bank card for a total of ₺250. The purchase was made through my Android device, and the transaction went through smoothly with no error messages. Both the in-game store and my bank confirmed that the payment was successful. My transaction ID is b98156b5-6fbd-489e-b76e-e37068d4f0e3, and my PUBG Mobile username is Yusuf.
However, it has now been nearly five hours, and the UC I paid for has still not been credited to my account. This is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue, and I have not yet been able to reach out to customer support. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on the game and not receive the purchased product in return.
I demand that PUBG Mobile immediately review this issue and deliver the UC I rightfully paid for. Customers should not be left waiting for hours after receiving both payment confirmation and order approval. Please resolve this problem quickly so that I can continue playing without further frustration.
