I Face Payment Error in PUBG Mobile on Samsung A34 When Buying In-Game Items

I am experiencing a recurring payment issue in PUBG Mobile on my Samsung A34 device. About 10 minutes ago, I attempted to make an in-game purchase worth ₺37, but the transaction was blocked with the message: “For your security, payment has been restricted.” As a result, the purchase was not completed, and the items never appeared in my account.
This is not the first time I have faced this problem. Every time I try to buy something in PUBG Mobile, the same error occurs, preventing me from completing any payment. No matter how many times I retry, the process always ends in failure.
So far, I have not contacted PUBG Mobile customer support or the app store about this issue, but the fact that it keeps happening is extremely frustrating. I expect to be able to make in-game purchases without repeated payment restrictions blocking me.
I am requesting that PUBG Mobile and its payment partners resolve this issue permanently, so that I can complete transactions smoothly on my Samsung A34. Customers should not face ongoing technical barriers when trying to pay for legitimate in-game purchases.
