I Bought 8100 UC in PUBG Mobile But Didn’t Receive It

I purchased 8100 UC in PUBG Mobile using my own funds, but the UC never showed up in my account. This is completely unacceptable. I spent ₺ on this purchase, and now I’m left with nothing—no in-game currency and no support.

I have reached out and waited for a resolution, but I’ve had no meaningful response. I am now publicly demanding that PUBG Mobile either deliver the 8100 UC I paid for or issue a full refund. I used my entire balance to make this purchase, and instead of enjoying the game, I’m stuck chasing what I rightfully paid for.
