14.10.2025 tarihinde Türk Telekom’dan taksitle satın aldığım Tecno Spark 40 Pro model telefonumda, ilk günden beri PUBG Mobile oyununda ciddi bir jiroskop gecikmesi yaşıyorum. Sorun sürekli devam ediyor ve cihazı fabrika ayarlarına sıfırlamama rağmen herhangi bir düzelme olmadı.
Konu ile ilgili olarak Tecno müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçtim, ancak problemin oyun kaynaklı olduğunu söylediler. Fakat aynı oyunu farklı cihazlarda sorunsuzca oynayabiliyorum; sorunun cihazdan kaynaklandığına eminim. Cihazım hâlâ garanti kapsamında ve fatura numaram SDT2025000006813’tür.
Bu sorunun giderilmesi için cihazımın tamir edilmesini talep ediyorum.
