I Face Connection Error on PUBG Mobile With Tecno Camon 30 Pro 5G

For the past three days, I have been unable to log into PUBG Mobile on my Tecno Camon 30 Pro 5G smartphone. Each time I try to open the game, I get a persistent “connection error” message, even though my device is connected to the internet without any issues.

To troubleshoot, I switched between different internet connections, uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and restarted my phone multiple times. Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem. What makes the situation more frustrating is that this error occurs only in PUBG Mobile—every other app and game on my phone works perfectly fine with the same internet connection.

This issue is preventing me from playing PUBG Mobile altogether. Since the problem started only recently and persists across all attempts, I believe it requires direct attention from the game’s support team.

I request PUBG Mobile’s technical team to urgently fix this connection error and provide clear support so that I can access my account and play the game again without further interruptions.
