PUBG Mobile Facebook Login Error Prevents Account Access on iPhone

I cannot log in to my PUBG Mobile account via Facebook on my iPhone 11. Since August 3, 2026, whenever I try to log into the game, I receive an error message stating that the data deletion request sent through Facebook could not be approved and that my account link has been removed. Because of this, I have been unable to access or use my account for a long time.

Even though the Facebook account I linked is fully active and I am connected to the internet, I still cannot access my game account. When checking your official websites and troubleshooting guides, I couldn't find a direct support link to contact support or any clear solution. As a result, I am unable to resolve this issue on my own.

I demand that my access to my PUBG Mobile account via Facebook be restored and my account unlocked. I request that this login issue be investigated as soon as possible and that customer support follows up with a clear explanation and resolution.
