Purchased 4500 UC in PUBG Mobile, But Never Received Them – Need Refund or UC Now

I purchased 4500 UC in PUBG Mobile, but I never received them in my account. I completed the payment successfully, yet my UC balance remains unchanged.

I did not expect this kind of issue from PUBG Mobile. If I pay for something, I should receive it immediately. I contacted customer support, but there has been no response or resolution so far.

PUBG Mobile, I demand one of two things: deliver the 4500 UC to my account as soon as possible or issue a full refund immediately. Fix this now! I will not accept losing my money for nothing.
