I play PUBG Mobile on my iPhone 11, and today when I logged into my account (ID: 5188*79), I received a warning saying that I did not have enough UC to enjoy a good gaming experience and needed to top up. This was surprising because I had just purchased 600 UC via the App Store, yet my account now shows 0 UC.
I immediately contacted PUBG Mobile’s customer service to report the issue, but I have not received any response so far. This is unacceptable, especially since the UC purchase was completed successfully and the payment was processed.
I request urgent technical assistance to restore my missing UC balance without further delay. I expect PUBG Mobile to investigate this issue promptly, ensure that my purchase is reflected correctly in my account, and prevent similar errors from affecting other players in the future.
