PUBG Ban Blunder: 7-Day Suspension for Purchasing UC

I was banned from playing PUBG for seven days, and the explanation given for the ban is completely baffling: I bought UC from a website that was not the official Midasbuy. Because of the refund, the ban was put into effect, and as a result, I have been suspended for one week. After making a legal purchase of UC from Midasbuy, the game suspended my account for seven days. I just can't wrap my head around how something like this could happen. I am looking for some assistance and some explanation regarding this matter.
