PUBG Account Ban Lift Help is Wanted, How Can I Remove the Ban?

Dear PUBG Mobile team, I am E*** S***** G****, the owner of account ID 5210***64. I have been playing with the account since July 10, 2018, and made my first payment on November 17, 2019. I have consistently played the game actively and in compliance with the rules, and I have never been banned during this time. However, on May 21, 2021 (00:05 UTC 1), my account was suspended for a period of 10 years, alleging that I had violated the rules. They claimed my account was stolen, and they offered to return it for a fee. When I refused, they threatened to get my account banned. Unfortunately, I couldn't lift the ban, and I've been unable to get it reversed. Could you please assist me in reviewing my account and help me get it reinstated?
