PUBG Account Banned For Ten Years After Being Hacked And Misused
On October 15, 2025, my PUBG account (Player ID: 545***104) was stolen. I recovered it on October 18 and logged in around 12 p.m. that day. I didn’t log in again that night, but when I woke up the next morning, I saw that my account had been banned for 10 years, even though I hadn’t played any matches. It appears that cheats were installed on my account, but this was done completely without my consent. I’ve been playing this game for six years and have never had any involvement with cheating. During the period when my account was stolen, someone tried to access it from another device but failed due to the secure device restriction. I found no suspicious activity or viruses on my Android device. I have spent approximately $2,145 on this account, making payments via credit card, debit card, and mobile payment. I contacted PUBG customer support multiple times, but each time they closed my case with the message “invalid penalty appeal,” and my issue remains unresolved. There has been no other suspicious activity on my account. I request that my account be reinstated, and if that is not possible, I ask for a full refund of all the money I have spent.
